Do them one at a time, take a little of the engine weight with a jack, and undo the mount, jack up the engine a little to allow the old mount to be lifted clear, bolt new mount to frame loosely lower engine onto mount and nip up all bolts, do all mounts and drive car around block before fully tightening all mount bolts, this will help centralize the engine and lessen the chance of any vibration, I have not done a neon my self but all mounts are fairly much the same in application and mounting.
