After oil change check oil light kept coming on.

After oil change check oil light kept coming on and stop and would go off once I accelerated the would also hesutate to start and a week later car would not start bought new battery, does not start not even wuth a jump.
We are now in the process of changing starter but having trouble getting it out.

Have you checked the oil level?
Use a socket and see if the motor will rotate by hand.

Did you do any testing? Any applicable trouble codes? If you think it is a starter issue, have the starter tested before you buy anything. Did you have the battery tested? Some makes and models will go into theft lock if battery voltage is lost. I haven't looked at your security system, yet. I'm just saying, make sure of your diagnosis, first.
