I need to replace these. How is this done? If it is complicated then how much should it cost at a repair shop?

make sure pump works first by disconnecting a hose to see if fluid comes out. if it does then get a thin piece of wire like packing slip wire and run it into the holes of washers. then put your pump on it should come out unless they are damaged.
