My engine light comes on and goes off by itself. This last time it came on I took it to autozone. They hooked it up to the computer. 22 codes popped up. A few was repeats. Most of them was sensors. To name a few; mass air flow sensor, sensor on manifold, 2hi sensor, a4wd sensor, 4hi sensor, 4lo sensor, speed sensor, and ecu was just a few of the codes that popped up. Is all the sensors going out or could it be something else just causing it?

A lot could have been stored previously. Have battery checked for condition including load test a weak battery will cause this.

Then clear the codes an start over it may be one of the sensors is setting or causing other codes to go on which can happen. Some of these may be a bd encoder motor on tcase as the 4wd ones. But reset everything and then go from there.
