Both the a/c and rpm gauge stopped working at the same time. I also noticed that after this occurred the engine did't start right away like usually does(the car still runs fine but doesn't start as smoothly as usual).I've checked both fuse boxes under the hood and found no blown fuses and i've checked both fuse panels on drivers and passengers side and found no blown fuses. I tested the clip going to the a/c compressor and it has no power even though the a/c instrument panel on the dash has full power.

First of all, the power for the compressor comes from the relay which is grounded by the pcm after it looks at the low pressure switch and other data inputs. It may be low in freon.
The tach could be an instrument cluster issue. You need both checked by a shop to confirm and give you a bid.
