I went to a shop to have my oil changed. When I got the bill and noticed how much the price was i almost lost it. They put synthetic oil in and I am being told that I cant switch back. Is it true that you cant switch back from synthetic because it will damage the motor?

You're welcome.

Anybody who tells you it is irreversible is not a qualified mechanic and should be off you list.

Have a great weekend.
