Remove the switch and check for lock voltage is on one wire and unlock voltage is on the other. Use a test light to check. Then if still inop. Its a open wire or connecter inbetween the switch and the actuator but the r/side switch should still oper. Correctly.

Thanks for all answers and advices, I never have a chance to work on it until today. The r/side switch does not work either, not thing works, remote, switch. Only by key or manually from inside, I noticed that when I tried to lock it with the actuator hanging out. It lock and then the dial inside the actuator just rolled back, I don't know if it's normal or not. I don't have a test light, can I test it with a volt meter and how?

Thanks a lots.

Remove the actuator connecter to test voltage whyll operating the lock switch. Testing with a voltage meter is best. If both switchs transfer power to the lock and unlock wires youll need to replace the actuators.

Should the relay works for all doors? Because only the driver door has this problem, the rest of them work fine. If I unlock it with key, then I able to unlock other doors with the remote. The switch can lock all doors, but only unlock the three passenger doors. The driver door remain lock.

Sorry about time. You need to remove the door panel and check all the linkages to the door lock assy. Something is loose in that door. The actuator is operating properly. Check that all the lock linkage and the 1 thats locks and unlocks the lock assy. The lock assy. Is what the door striker hooks into and holds the door closed.

Hello,

It sounds like the latch has malfunctioned and needs to be replaced or the unlock rod fell off of the latch either way unfortunately the only way to get at this problem is to remove the door panel. It helps to remove the both front seats or just the one if you can and remove the door panel with the door closed.

Here is a guide to help you

Here is a guide on how the latch is inside the door.

Please let us know what happens.

Cheers, Ken
