How do i get the pulley off i have the bolt all the way out but it is hitting the frame so i need so ideas

Which tensioner pulley? Timing belt or accessory belt?

If it's the accessory belt, you have to remove the entire tensioner assembly, you can't get the just the pulley out unless you remove the engine mount and raise or lower the engine a bit.
