2003 Subaru Outback Taken Crank Pully Off Timing Cams Moved Little Bit Now Even

i have taken the crank pully off and the timing cams moved a little bit now i cant even rotate the crank to .t.d.c it just wont move is there a valve or somthing i need to release so i can hand turn the crank my car is a h6 3.0 2003 subaru

Have you taken the timing belt off?

i have the chain off the crank but i should be able to crank it so i can set to T.D.C BUT IT WONT TURN FOR SOME REASON it was ok now just wont turn ?

If you have the chain off and the the valve timing are out, you risk damaging the valves if they are fully open.
Reverse the rotation of the crank slightly and see if it moves but never force it too hard nor turn too far

Align the camshaft sprockets and retest.
