This question is about a ecu part number.
Car, 03 Mazdaspeed protege
My ecu # is msp0-18-881 Which is hard to find. I found one with msp0-18-881-A, What does the A mean at the end of the part number? Will it still fit my car and can it handle a turbo system?

you need a new one, not used. used never works as it is flashed for another vehicle with a different vin.

call the dealer and ask them if a turbo was available for your car and the part number for the pcm
