All of the lights were on on my dashboard today. The check engine, the e-brake light, the battery light, etc. The car was driving fine, even though I felt it had been running louder lately, I left work tonight and everything was dim. My headlights, and the dash. I was fine for a while until everything was almost dark and my car started sputtering and barely moving. So I pulled over and put myself in park and the lights got a little brighter, but when I tried to drive it just get spurtering super hard the car was like******** forward. I finally pulled it in a spot and parked it. Turned the car off and it didn't start again. But the interior lights are bright and still work perfectly (i.E the overhead lights, not the dash lights.) I've experienced something like this before and it turned out to be a bad alternator, but I had it replace literally a year ago. Could that possibly be the problem again?

Yes, it certainly is a possibility. The symptoms sound similar. You can remove alternator and have it tested at auto store. Or charge battery and drive to auto store to get tested. Or charge abttery and test yourself with pocket volt/multimeter.
