sensors not bought from gm?

just replaced coolant sensor and 02 on 2003 safari van
still has no power, strange shifting and now excessive fuel consumption so i went to gm dealer they say its fine,,,,its not AT ALL can u direct pleeeze

Could be running rich:

1.Fuel pressure not within specs.Can be cause by restricted fuel return line or defective fuel pressure regulator.
2.Defective Oxygen Sensors.
3.Leaking injectors.
4.Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
5.Restricted air intake system.
