Hello,
Since the fuse is good, the other possibility is a wiring issue for the gauge cluster or a faulty headlight switch.
The headlight switch has several connectors, and it is possible to have burnt pin/connector and that can trigger the no light on the dash.

It will be a good step to take out the headlight switch and inspect for any corrosion.
