Sounds like you have a PCM issue.
Basically this system uses the cam and crank sensor to determine engine position and timing of the coil.
So if you are not getting any signal on any of the ignition coil trigger wires then you have a PCM or signal issue from the crank sensor.
If you have replaced these sensors and have no change then I would suspect it is the PCM.
However, I would suggest using a lab scope and making sure you have a correct crank signal but this is not common for people to have.
Shot of this, I would replace the PCM if you have correct voltage at the PCM. Here is a guide that will help with this:

Below you will find the wiring diagram and info on this system which will help figure this out.
Also, the EGR code is not going to cause this to not have spark so we need to address that separately.
