enter your question..i have 189,000 miles on my f250 6.0. should i change my shocks?

Only if you get seasick from the bouncing, there's cupping-type tire wear, or there are signs of oil leaking from one of them.

If you have twin I-beam front suspension, right front tire wear is extremely common on Fords. Heavy duty front shock absorbers help to reduce that wear.
