2003 Ford Expedition car problem

It does a sudden deep choke while car drives on the street or freeway. If it's driving on 65 miles when traffic slows down and mileage drop to 50, while climbing back up to 60 it start joking for about 10 seconds then it either engine shut off or it'll run normal again. Sometimes while driving on the street it just s shut engine off. What do you think is the problem?

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first

I've taken it in to two different places they've checked the fuel injection, fuel filter some wires and more they want to work on the fuel pump. I never heard them said anything about scanning code and fuel pressure. Are any of these things they've done related to what your suggesting?

Yes working on the fuel pump it probably has low pressure. Ask them if they checked fuel pressure
