I have removed all 6 lug nuts from the right rear and the tire and rim are still on as tight as before I removed the nuts. How do I get the darned thing off to fix the flat?

PS I just bought the truck and didn't realize there must be a trick to it.

If all lugs are out it’s stuck on
Hit it with a hammer or use a bar on the inside and pry it out

No trick, just corrosion. Put one lug nut back on loosely so you don't have to chase the tire into your neighbor's yard, then smack the back of the wheel with a large rubber hammer. A much less-preferred method is to put all the nuts on loosely then drive it a few yards. Don't go too far because that can damage the holes in the wheel. Those surfaces must match the lug nuts so the friction holds them tight.
