That fuse supplies power to the door locks. It may also supply the other things that are goin gout as well. I'm sending a schematic that shows it going to the door lock switch. You may have a wire grounding out and cause it to blow like that. Check that first as this can get involved. Also check for broken wires where your door opens. Your a/c problem may be a vacuum leak for the mode doors ont eh heater box that directs air. Check for leakage
