2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible trunk

I put down my top on convertible and now trunk wont close. Any manual way to close?

Ok so does this only do this with the top down or when its up too? I would like you to check fuse number 10 should be a 20amp. I would also like you to check the deck lid latch limit switch. It is in the trunk on the left hand side. What I need you to check is the orange wire with the pink stripe going to it for power. It may be that with wire is broke and when you put the top down it cuts off the connection. I show no manual way to shut the trunk when retracting the top. Does your owners manual have anything on this?
