no reverse and the transfer case won't go into 2wd?

I just put in a remanufactured transmission because the old one didn't have any gears the one i put in is the same exact one it has drive in in neutral and down no reverse and the transfer case won't go into 2wd the truck is stuck in 4x4 low.

scan for codes first the stuck in low may be a t case problem. or encoder motor not getting power or not working.

I would recheck the wiring connectors on the transmission and the shift actuator on the transfer case here is the location so we can be on the same page. Also, lets run the codes this guide can help
