2003 Silverado Duramax w/ manual trans, no electic anywhere

I parked the truck, returned 5 hrs later, tried to start no lights or any power anywhere, I applied power to batteries w jumper cables nothing powered up not even an interior light. I'm stumped maybe bad key switch or power relay which shuts all power after wait

You need a volt meter to start checking voltages. What is the battery voltage when u return to the car?Check the voltage then.U most likly have a draw something is staying on killing the battery. Remove the negitive terminual and hook the volt meter from the post and the neg. Cable end. Put the meter on milli amps it cant read more 50 ma or it will kill the battery.
