My 2003 Malibu has a ticking sound when I start up my car it sounds like my blinker is always on and and my doors are open also the heating in my car just stop working I have to drive for while before it come on

Can you tell aprox where the ticking is coming from? Have you checked to see if you can locate the relay that is making the noise? As far as the heat, do you mean the heater blower stops or the fan keeps running but the air gets cold.
