2003 Chevrolet Impala code reading PO121

I have been getting a code reading PO121. So I changed out the throttle position sensor and it worked for a day and now getting the same reading again. Not sure where to look next.I thinking something else is causing the tps to malfunction but not sure what it could be.

Clean throttle late on both sides an diac hole with choke cleaner. Then look for a vacuum leak like ahose off or cracked/broken. Check map asensor for a bad seal and also check for a blocked sensor.
