Best approach is to get a second, third opinion.

I'll need a bit more information. Can you compare your version of "Juddering" with something else (Shaking?)? Is there a noise associated with the Juddering? Does the juddering increase with speed, as you turn, etc? Also, does your tranny have any problems shifting up or down.

Your problem could be a bent axle, worn CV joint, hub, bent wheel, broken engine/tranny mount, etc. This is why I'll need as much information as possible. And keep in mind, you version of "Juddering" may be different from mine. So try to keep your details simple.
