power door locks, power side mirrors and dome light all stopped working

2002 Saturn SC2, cd player/receiver lost power a month ago. Now after car had starter replaced last week, no power to locks, side mirrors, and dome light. Checked all fuses. Any ideas? Thanks! I may take it back to mechanic next week who replaced starter but if its an easy fix I'll do it myself. Checked fuses, all good. What should I check next?

Have you checked the inside fuses?If the starter blew the fuse you would lose all the dash warning lights etc?Also what you do you have you listed two different years?

Recheck the Body Fuse (10A) in underdash instrument panel. Try swapping it with another. Fuses should be checked with a test light or DVOM to be sure. Vuisual inspection is not accurate.

Thanks! Found the inside fuse panel and replaced two blown fuses.
