when my car changes gears my transmission jerks when it change gears what could it be?

it cold be a seal leaking causing this. If it has just happened get it checked out as it might be an internal electrical problem. take it to a transpro and they can run a scan onit. Make sure the fluid is full. It has to be checked in park while hot. the dipstick is the red one.
