For starters my coolant has been leaking and I just saw recently that my oil was leaking, but it was leaking. Car eventually ran out of oil, and my car won't start now.

Hello,

If an engine completely runs out of oil as it is running. It will get seized. Which will not let you start it.
When an engine seizes it creates hot spots inside the engine and it will damage the internals.
Depending on the severity of it, this could require the engine to be rebuilt or replaced.
The only way to know the extension of the damage is by disassembly of the engine.

Please let me know what the engine does when you try to start it. First of course you want to make sure you have the correct oil level.
If the engine is seized, then it will not even crank over.

Please let me know of any questions or concerns.
Thank you.
