Was needing to replace the park light/turn signal socket due to corrosion causing my front park light not to work but my turn signal will. I replaced the bulb and it did not correct the problem so now I'm moving on to the socket. My issue is that both Napa and Autozone when I try and order the socket give me a socket with only two wires on it. Am I able to use this, I don't believe so but I could be wrong since both major retailers sell this same two wire socket for my car.

Just because they try to sell it to you doesn't mean it will be the right one for your car. If your current socket has 3 wires, then you absolutely have to replace it with he same one. Go to the dealer with your VIN# and they can get the correct one
