Try a jump start. The new battery could be drained. Perform alternator testing on vehicle.
Check for bad terminal connections and ground circuits. Test the starter.
What motor as things could be different but check these fuses I have marked in pic first then check fuses in second pic. Then put a test light on battery post on starter and have someone turn key over and see if it's getting power. Have battery load tested if possible, auto parts stores do this for free. You could stil have a bad battery or starer. If you have good power at starter hit body of starter with hammer, if it starts you need another starter. If not you have to check ignition switch, nuetral switch, starter relay etc.
