Suspect the axle seal in the transmission. You can prove it by flooding it with a silicone spray lube or some light, runny grease behind the cv joint. You'll need a lot to be sure some finds its way to the seal. It won't be a permanent fix. It will only quiet the seal for a few hours to a few days but it will prove that's the cause. There is a seal by the outer cv joint too but I've never found one of those squeaking.
