I have some suspension noises after replacing everything we can think of

I have a 2002 mercury mountaineer it makes a loud bang noise we have changed the ball joints, drive shafts, wheel bearings & hose the goes into the awd drive modular & driver side front tire we thought we found the problem. It seems like the awd unit isnt disengaging & making the bang any suggestions

Have you had it scanned for hard and soft codes?

Did pull fuses 17 & 18 still made the noise
