If it starts with starting fluid, it isn't getting fuel. Even if you have good fuel pressure, chances are it isn't getting into the engine. Have you checked to make sure the injectors are getting power? You will need a noid light to check it. Unplug an injector and plug the light in. When you crank the engine, the light should pulse. Most parts stores will lend you the light to check.
