narrowed window problem to master switchs; is there any way to recondition circuit board?
Lexus dealers asking 547$ for master switches; eBay asking 247$

Junkyard probably asking $5-$10. PCB reconditioning requires special equipment and skills. IF you're skilled with a meter, you may be able to narrow it down to a faulty component on the board.
