Electrical problem
1999 Lexus RX 300

Recently, my drivers window stopped working intermittantly. Now, the other 3 windows do not work at all, and the drivers window is the only one working, on and off.

do the other windows work from their individual switches?

windows do not work by their individual control

ok, you will need to test the master (driver) window switch.
