2002 Kia Spectra want start

Replace a brand new timing belt, engine was running good after the timing belt was replace and just shut down and will not start don't know if it is put on right or not, how can I check it to find out what happen are why the engine want start. Do the belt suppose to have and adjustment. 2002 kia spectra four cylinder have 130,000 miles on the car.

You probably should remove the timing covers and check the timing marks. If something came apart you could have real big problems now because this is an interference engine and it will bend the valves.

It means when it goes out of time, the pistons collide with the valves.
