Have a 2002 Sedona that has a random miss, as first it seemed to happen during high speed acceleration. There was not a check engine light or any codes. Replaced spark plugs and wires, all plugs looked good. Check resistance on each of the three coils (secondary only?) And they checked out ok. Seemed to improve, but issue returned. Thought is could be water from condensation in the the tank, or maybe fuel with too much alcohol content, or injectors dirty. Ran at least three tanks with fuel injector cleaner in the tank. Still seems to have this random event. Still no codes are being set. Could it be a fuel pressure issue? Would it be random? Could it be a dirty or faulty injector?

Thanks

I suspect that it is a varnished injector but nothing you add to the tank will ever resolve that. They can be used to prevent problems but they won't fix anything. I would try having the injectors pressure cleaned but even that may not be enough. You can have a shop do an injector balance test to help find the problem.
