2002 Kia Sedona Check Engine Light, P0306, misfire

CEL coming on only code is a P0306 msifire in cylinder 6. I replaced the spark plugs already. The front's are easy the rears you have to remove the IM to get to them. The rear plugs were toast, the fronts looked good. We purchased this van used so I assume the prior owner replaced the fronts as they are easy to get to and said screw the rears. The CEL is still coming on after all plugs were changed and you can feel the engine stumbling when accelerating moderately-hard. Easy acceleration feels normal. My next move is to change the coil pack for cylinder 6 and possibly all the wires while I'm at it. Does anyone here have any experience with Sedona's and troubleshooter a similiar misfire issue before? Please provide any insight to help me pinpoint the problem and how to approach resolving it best.

Not every miss fire is a spark plug so you need to check the coil /wire
also you have the injector that also go be bad
I would mark the coil/wire and switch them with another cylinder (may be with a front one )
and if code change you found the problem

Is cylinder 6 on the rear bank or the front? I assume it's the reat, but hope it's the front. Please advise.

So it's on the rear bank accordingly to the diagram or am I reading it in correctly as you are stating it's in the front.

The front cylinders are directly connected to the coil, and the rear cylinders are run by the 3 front coils. (Three coils run 6 plugs). Since you only have a misfire code on #6 which is a direct connection, the coil must be OK. Check to make sure the coil to spark plug connection is OK. I am guessing an injector problem.
