Insure your hydraulic clutch is full, not leaking externally, as well as the slave cylinder.
Make sure system is properly bled.
It might be that either the clutch master cylinder or the slave cylinder is not "Sealing" and pushing fluid as it should, in other words, the "Piston(s)" are letting fluid slip past, and holding the pedal down, either of the two cylinders "Creep Back" (speed depends on how bad the fluid is slipping by). Some refer to it as an "Internal Leak"
I hope this is your problem, and not something mechanically wrong in the clutch or tranny.
