whines while turning full of fluid but foam in tank

make sure p/s fluid is full then turn all the way to left and hold for 30 seconds then do the same in opposite direction. do this 3 times then recheck fluid level in p/s make sure you use p/s fluid and NOT trans fluid. if it continues it may be the check valve in pump making noise.
