I left my car to heat up today(it snowed here yesterday), it made some crazy noise after sometime, then when I tried to drive the steering wheel is not turning, it was hard.

I opened the hood of the car and looked, I can see a belt is off the wheel.

now my question is can I fix it myself or do I need to go to a mechanic, do I need to buy a new belt? Or just try to fix this.

I looked up the video in your website, it is looked easy but, is that easy in Hyundai?

Hi there,

You will need a new belt fitted, you can give it a go if you like, but a mechanic will have this done in just a few Minuit's, its not that hard, the only thing is access is a but cramped and you may need to be able to get at it from under the car as well.
