Not starting sometimes, not always. Doesnt crank, lights and radio come on.

You can try it 15 20 times, then finally it will. I replaced the starter relay, that wasnt it. I thought it might be the neutral safety switch? Or the ignition switch

Get the starter checked, also have the ignition switch checked and the range switch (neutral start switch switch) can all cause this.
