Ford Taurus Wagon Electrical (Rear Door)

I have a 2002 Frod Taurus wagon (SEL) and the rear door wiper, defroster and license plate light stopped working. I can hear a clicking under the dash when I click on the defroster and the rear defroster indicator light goes on when I turn on the headlamps. However, nothing works. Do I have a fuse problem?? Thank you.

First check fuses. However, it sounds like a ground problem since they all are not working. You need to remove the rear door panel and check to see if there is power getting to the components not working. Check that and let me know what you find.
