serpentine belt replacement please

All I have is the routing diagram, but there should be a way to tighten the belts via adjusting power steering pump, and alternator...

on my '02 Stratus with a 2.7, I had to remove the front passenger wheel and remove the splash guard. From there I could access the tensioner. By looking at the picture in the comment before mine, the tensioner pulley is just above and to the left of the AC pulley. There is a bolt right below the tensioner and a bolt just to the left of it. Just had to loosen those up(do not remove them...just loosen). Once loosened, the pulley itself should move. I just had to tighten my belt, not replace it. To tighten it, crawl underneath the car from the front and you will see a square hole on the right side of the pulley(towards the front of the car, next to the pulley). you can either use that square hole to put tension on the pulley or use a wrench to kind of pry the pulley until you have enough tension on the belt. While holding tension on it, tighten the bolts that you loosened up. Job done. Begin reinstalling splash guard and wheel. I didn't think to take any pictures before putting everything back together. The entire job only took about 15 minutes or so to complete.
