First you have to remove the power steering belt.
To do this, there are three bolts to loosen:
1. Pivot bolt (at top of pump)
2. (you have to raise the vehicle and remove the tire and wheel/splash shield to get access to these bolts)
Loosen the lock bolt at front/bottom of pump and lock bolt at back/bottom of pump.
3. Then you can slide the pump down to loosen the belt.
Next there's a black idler pulley for the serpentine belt. You loosen the bolt directly in the center. Then on the side of the pulley is a long adjusting bolt. You must loosen this until the pulley releases it's tension on the serpentine belt.
You can install the new belts in reverse order.
