My windshield wiper washers are very weak

My windshield wiper washers are very weak. The left side is barely shooting fluid onto the windshield and the right side doesn't squirt at all. When I place my finger over the left nozzle, the right nozzle begins shooting water out but only to the base of the windshield.

Question: Should I be looking to replace the nozzles or wiper pump(s)?

Find a piece of fine wire like a shipping tag wire and runit down both pisser holes. Then try the washer solvent it should free them up to where they both work again. Easy repair.
