When checking for power to the injector, make sure to use a noid light. If you use a test light, you won't know if the ground is good. However, if the plug was wet, it sounds like it is getting gas.
Here is a simple test that may be shocking if you aren't careful. When the engine is running, remove one spark plug wire at a time. When you get to the cylinder that is causing the miss, there will be no change when the plug wire is removed. All good cylinders will cause the engine to run worse or miss worse. The think is, use a good pair of insulated pliers to remove the plug wires so you don't get shocked.
If you do what I suggested, it should identify which cylinder is causing the miss. Just don't get shocked. It hurts. Lol Once the troubled cylinder is identified, then you can check it for spark and for fuel getting to the cylinder.
Let me know if I can help.
