The Chrysler parts department has a real nice engine degreaser that looks just like green antifreeze, but it might only be available in 5 gallon pails. It is absolutely required that it be sprayed on with a trigger-squeeze bottle. If you pour it on the engine, it will just sit there and won't do anything. It must be misted on. It helps if the engine is still a little warm. Let it soak for a few minutes, then wash it off with a pressure washer. Try to avoid washing the spark plug wires but you don't have to be overly concerned.

Chrysler also has engine degreaser in a spray can and you can find this stuff at auto parts stores too.

I have to advise you that it's pretty much illegal to wash an engine these days unless you have a way to capture every drop of the dirty water and prevent any from going into the ground.
