My vehicle was having idling issues so I cleaned the throttle head and pulled the PCM 1 and the PCM B fuses and left them out for about 15 minutes. After I replaced the fuses I tried to turn the vehicle on and it doesn't crank or start at all. I just replaced the battery last week so it shouldn't be the battery. What could be causing it not to start?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

When you say it doesn't crank or start, do you mean the starter won't engage? Are there any other electronics that are not working?

I need you to check the ignition fuses in the under hood power distribution box. I attached a picture of the box and highlighted the ones in question.

I noted you indicated little knowledge, so here are a few links that my help you:

Also, in the pic you will notice that I highlighted number 47. That is the starter relay. I doubt it just went bad, but if you find another relay with the same part number, switch them to see if it chances things. Also, if there is no other relay, here is a link that explains how to test a relay:

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe
