While driving (2002 S-10 4x4 ext. cab, 4.3L Vortec), rounded curve and "check guages" light came on and oil pressure dropped. After curve, light went off and pressure returned to normal. Next curve, same thing, then engine sputtered a couple times so I turned into a driveway and engine stalled. There was barely any oil showing on dip stick, it appears to have sprayed out under the passenger side, but can't tell from where. Added oil but engine won't start. It cranks fine but won't fire. Fuel pump is priming, but oil pressure not coming up, and no new oil leaking. Any ideas? Truck was running fine until that point.

You need to find out what is missing causing the non starting. Check out the above link.

If oil had spilled out from front of engine, there is a possobility the cranksensor is contaminated by it causing the non starting.
