2002 Chevrolet Astro Chevy Tahoe On Freeway Out Nowhere Truck Startd Making Loud

I have 2002 Chevy Tahoe I was on the freeway when out of nowhere my truck startd making a loud grinding noise when in drive so I pull over back it up to the same noise put it back in drive and wit out pushing gas starts making noise again in all gears it's making the noise sometimes not rite away but it exhilarates when this noise is on please help

best to have seomeon locally look at this it could be trans mission/engine anything of that nature.try pulling belt off and seein g if noise is still therewhile engien running
